1. Watermelon and orange juice

Watermelon and orange juice contains vitamins and minerals that can help to boost immunity. It also has a naturally diuretic effect that can help to flush you harmful bacteria.

  • 1 slice of watermelon measuring about 5 cm
  • 2 oranges
  • 1/4 of pineapple

Directions:
