Bovine colostrum is the initial milk produced and secreted by cows after birthing a calf. It can be consumed to improve recovery after physical exercise, strengthen immunity and reduce intestinal inflammation.

The colostrum supplement can be used in the form of capsules or powder, with a maximum of 4g per day being recommended.
